Cold Water Dip Challenge – Saturday 20th November 2027

Outline of event

Participants will attend Lavender Hall Lakes for a professionally supervised cold-water dip in a purpose-built facility. The man-made lake has been specifically cleaned and filtered for wild swimming and cold-water therapy.

Health and Safety Considerations and Facilities

  • Qualified supervision by certified cold water and breathwork therapist Adam Bray
  • Professional safety protocols throughout
  • Maximum session duration – 30 minutes in water
  • Fully insured for all aspects of the event
  • Clean, filtered lake purpose – built for cold water activities
  • Tee pee shelter for refreshments
  • Light refreshments provided
  • Completion of medical form

Minimum sponsorship: £125 per person plus £30 non-refundable registration deposit required on sign up. Participants must have fundraised 50% of their sponsorship by mid Sept 2027. Remaining amount required by end of Nov 2027.
