Take on a Challenge in 2026 and Support George Eliot Hospital Charity!

Looking for a new year challenge that makes a real difference? George Eliot Hospital Charity invites you to take part in one of their March 2026 events— all in support of enhancing patient care, fostering staff well-being, and funding life-saving equipment at George Eliot Hospital.

Leicester 10K – Sunday 1st March 2026

Join one of the region’s biggest and best-loved charity road runs! The Leicester 10K offers a stunning route through the heart of the Midlands, starting and finishing in Jubilee Square. Runners will pass iconic city landmarks including Victoria Park, the University of Leicester, Leicester Museum & Art Gallery, and Leicester Cathedral.

Free entry and a free running t-shirt are included for all George Eliot Hospital Charity participants!

Minimum Sponsorship: £75 per person
Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, this is a fantastic opportunity to challenge yourself while supporting a great cause. The 10k run is for all abilities and you can walk or jog too!

Mount Toubkal Trek – Monday 2nd to Friday 6th March 2026

Ready for an unforgettable adventure? Hike North Africa’s tallest mountain, Mount Toubkal, and catch the sunrise from the summit with breathtaking views over the Anti-Atlas mountains and the Sahara Desert.

This life-changing trek is open to participants of all abilities, minimum age requirement is 18. A good level of fitness is required, and you’ll be guided by experienced mountain leaders every step of the way.

Minimum Sponsorship: £1,500 per person
Includes return flights to Morocco, transfers, accommodation, meals, and expert guidance.
