A ride everyone can enjoy!

Signup to take part in this London to Paris cycle event. This amazing challenge sees riders travelling through the English and French countryside suitable for cyclists of all ability. The team will look after you every step of the way. From training to keeping you safe on the ride. All the information you need to know about the challenge, the route, plus how to rent a bike if you need one. A ride everyone can enjoy, feel challenged by and celebrate for a long time to come.

£150 deposit payable on sign-up to secure your place.

Deposit includes a free George Eliot Hospital Charity T-shirt. 


Fundraising Commitment

Participants pledge to raise a minimum sponsorship of £1750.

Reach your target and undertake the trip for free.


Payment Terms & Registration

All £150 deposits must be paid with completed registration form.

50% of fundraising target £875 to be secured by 30th June 2026 to participate.

A minimum of £1750 must be paid via a JustGiving page or by cash no later than end October 2026.


IN BRIEF         

• A fully supported group riding experience
• 60+ miles a day over 3 days

• Start at Crystal Palace, through the outskirts of London onto quieter roads
• Ride through the beautiful rolling Sussex hills
• Descend into the harbour town of Newhaven to board the ferry to Dieppe
• Cycle through the beautiful scenery of North France towards the renown Beauvais with stunning cathedral
• Finally riding through the suburbs of Paris, and finishing the adventure at the iconic Eiffel Tower

Non-refundable registration fee £150 and minimum sponsorship includes

• Detailed event brochure, training plans, kit list and fundraising support from George Eliot Hospital charity
• All transport from start point in London to Paris (including ferry crossing)
• All meals, snacks and 4 nights’ accommodation on a twin share basis (optional single room supplement available)

• Experienced leaders, guides, mechanics, drivers and medical team
• Expert local knowledge and 24-hour emergency assistance during your trip
• Full vehicle support and luggage transfer throughout the trip
• Route information and gpx files
• Bike hire information (at an additional cost)

Not included in registration fee and minimum sponsorship

• Breakfast and travel to start point on day 1
• Return travel from Paris
• Travel, cycling and medical insurance
• Bicycle, cycle helmet (compulsory), lights, bell and water bottles
• Personal spending money, souvenirs and drinks
• Accommodation the day before the challenge starts
