This year, after vowing to never do another marathon a couple of years ago, I will naturally be taking part in the Budapest Marathon this October and I’d love it if you can support me.
Running is a big part of my life, but I’m far from being a natural runner, or a seasoned athlete, so this is a huge challenge and one I’m fully committed to smashing.
Budapest is an incredible city and I’m looking forward to returning for the third time to experience it like I never have before. The stunning architecture, vibrant culture and enthralling history with the beautiful Danube River flowing through the heart of it. Running through its historic streets and picturesque parks is something I’ve dreamed about for a while, and this marathon gives me the perfect reason to push myself and explore the city in a new way.
Training has been fun but tough, and I’m excited to see what I’m capable of and raising money for George Eliot Hospital Charity makes this challenge even more meaningful.
If you’d like to support me on this journey, your donations will mean the world — helping me keep going and making a difference for George Eliot Hospital Charity. Thank you so much for your support, encouragement, and for being part of this adventure with me!
